Cashier/Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Cashier/Customer Service Representative to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling merchandise in a retail setting in order to drive company sales. SMC Inc. operates 11 highly successful Sunoco gas/convenience stores in the Philadelphia area. We are hiring for all shifts at our Chadds Ford store located at: 1700 Wilmington Pike, Chadds Ford PA 19317.

Pay is based on experience and starts at $14.00 per hour.

Shifts available are:

7am-3pm

3pm-11pm

11pm-7am

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers and giving them great service
• Ringing up sales on a register
• Stocking shelves
• Light Housekeeping duties (cleaning, sweeping/mopping, changing trash)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales/customer service is preferred, but not necessary
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
