This is a full-time, on-site role located in Crystal Bay, NV, for a Project Superintendent. The Project Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Responsibilities include managing on-site teams, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards, monitoring project progress, addressing on-site issues, and ensuring quality control at all stages of construction. The role requires excellent communication to liaise with project stakeholders, staff, and clients.
- Proven experience in Project Management, scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and overseeing construction phases
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and construction compliance requirements
- Technical skills in construction planning, logistics, and cost management
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, interpreting specifications, and ensuring adherence to project plans
- Effective leadership and organizational skills to manage on-site teams and resolve challenges in real-time
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers
- Proficiency with construction management tools and software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in projects within hospitality, retail, or medical sectors is advantageous
