Marketing Services: We offer a full suite of marketing services to our clients, including PPC, SEO, Website Design, Video, and Social Media management. Our goal is to scale our services business to over $15M in revenue in 2023.
Coaching Services: We have a rapidly-growing, Philadelphia-based coaching program for lawyers. In our first year, we built our coaching business into a multi-seven-figure business. Our program has been identified as the most comprehensive coaching program for attorneys, and we plan to double the size of our clients in the next year.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, build, execute, and launch data-driven campaigns across the Google Ads ecosystem
- Primarily leverage Google Ads PPC/SEM and Google Local Service Ads, but also Performance Max ads for lead generation and YouTube Ads for awareness
- Character Traits:
- A resourceful and professional individual willing to work flexible hours
- Strong organization and communication (written and verbal) skills
- The ability to pay close attention to detail, organize and schedule work effectively, work efficiently under time constraints in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Must be a positive, proactive team player who is curious and wants to learn in the ever-changing AI and Digital landscape
- Strong organization and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- 2-4 years experience in paid search with a strong background in Google Ads specifically
- Experience with campaign builds, management, keyword research, ad copy creation, budget pacing required
- A background in lead generation campaigns for B2C and B2B clients is a plus
- Legal Marketing experience is a strong plus, especially for Criminal Defense and Personal Injury Law Firms
