Sales Account Manager - Dairy Industry (Idaho/Utah)

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our dynamic and collaborative team to help drive our sales growth in assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Proactively cover and grow your territory in Idaho & Utah
• Identify and acquire new customers with your strong hunter mentality and closing skills
• Provide expert advice and support potential customers to understand their individual needs & challenges and offer suitable solutions
• Effectively use our CRM system to manage customer contacts, sales activities and market information
• Ensure representation of smaXtec at trade shows and customer event
• Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales within the dairy sector or related industries and in-depth knowledge of the dairy farming sector & associated technologies
• Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills complement your ability to analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions
• High self-motivation, energy, and perseverance to achieve or exceed your sales targets
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage time
• Established broad network in the dairy industry and ability to build and maintain business relations as trusted and competent partner
• Proficient in CRM, Microsoft Suite and related software.
• Valid driver’s license, willingness to travel and motivation for sales in the field
