Cannabis Sales Representative

Job Overview
We’re looking for a driven, charismatic Inside and outside Sales Representative to join our fast-growing cannabis team. In this role, you’ll serve as the voice of our brand—connecting with dispensaries, retailers, and partners to showcase premium cannabis products and build lasting relationships. You’ll engage prospects through phone and digital channels, educate them on our offerings, and guide them toward solutions that elevate their business.

We are hiring for two types of candidates:

Outsides sales rep: 10% Commission Based, no Salary

Inside sales rep: $20-30/hr (depending on experience) 4.5% commission

What You’ll Do

• Proactively reach out to dispensaries and potential partners through outbound calls, introducing products, promotions, and brand value with confidence and enthusiasm
• Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism—answering questions, resolving concerns, and delivering a seamless customer experience
• Build strong, trust-based relationships by understanding client needs and recommending tailored cannabis product solutions
• Manage orders, coordinate fulfillment, and support clients throughout the entire sales cycle—from first contact to post-sale follow-up
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions, sales activity, and client data using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Analyze customer trends, buying patterns, and feedback to uncover new sales opportunities and improve outreach strategies
• Represent the brand with exceptional phone etiquette, product knowledge, and a genuine passion for cannabis culture and compliance

What You Bring

• Experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments—outbound sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently educate and persuade over phone, email, and digital platforms
• Interest in or knowledge of the cannabis industry, including products, regulations, and market trends (a big plus)
• Bilingual or multilingual skills to effectively serve a diverse customer base
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
• High attention to detail with strong data entry and organizational skills
• A customer-first mindset with excellent listening skills and problem-solving ability
• Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
