Smashed Burgers & Cocktails is looking for dependable, hardworking kitchen team members to join our back-of-house crew. We are a busy, fast-paced restaurant known for our high-quality smashed burgers, signature cocktails, and great team culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Prep ingredients and maintain a clean, organized station
- Cook menu items to spec (flat-top, fryer, assembly)
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently during high-volume periods
- Support the BOH team with general kitchen tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Weekend availability is required
- Prior kitchen or fast-casual experience preferred
- Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
