What are the responsibilities and job description for the Computer Technician position at SMASHBOXX PC & GAMES?
Established in 2018, we are a Custom PC and Game store located in Gilbert, AZ.
PC
We build custom computers for home/gaming, office, servers, and more. We offer repairs, cleaning, upgrades, diagnostics, etc.
Games
We sell TCG products from Pokemon, MTG, Yu-Gi-Oh, Flesh & Blood and more.
Some of the skills we are looking for
Computer building knowledge and experience
Has knowledge from Sandy Bridge and up
Has knowledge from AM3 and up
PC diagnostics & repair
Windows and/or other OS
Customer Service Skills in Sales/Support
Any other related skills such as low volt, cabling, soldering, networking, etc
Some of your duties will be
Maintaining a clean working environment
On site outbound calls
Sales
Customer Support
and more
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
