About Smash Kitchen
Smash Kitchen is building the next generation of the pantry.
We make organic condiments, cooking oils, snacks, and everyday staples with real ingredients and zero shortcuts. Co-founded by Glen Powell, the brand is on a mission to upgrade the foods people already love.
Better ingredients make better meals. Simple as that.
The Role
We’re looking for a TikTok-native creator to help us show up on the most important platform in food culture right now.
This is not a passive role. You’ll be making content, shaping how the brand shows up, and helping us build one of the most entertaining food brands on TikTok.
You’ll work closely with our Social Community lead to concept, shoot, edit, and post content that actually earns attention.
What You’ll Do
Create Content
- Shoot and edit TikToks featuring Smash Kitchen products
- Turn trends, sounds, and formats into brand-relevant content
- Concept and produce short-form videos (cooking, POV, humor, lo-fi moments)
- Move fast and test often
Engage the Community
- Monitor and respond to comments and DMs
- Jump into conversations in the Smash Kitchen voice
- Build real interaction, not just output
Track Culture
- Stay on top of trends, creators, and viral moments
- Flag opportunities for the brand to jump in
- Identify creators we should collaborate with
Who You Are
- You live on TikTok and actually understand what works
- You can film, edit, and post quickly (CapCut, TikTok native, etc.)
- You’re comfortable on camera (or directing others)
- You have taste — you know what feels current vs. forced
- You’re organized, proactive, and not afraid to try things
Bonus if you:
- Love food, cooking, or kitchen culture
- Have your own TikTok presence
- Are based in LA and open to occasional filming
What You’ll Get
- Real ownership on a fast-growing national brand
- A portfolio of work that actually shipped
- Exposure to brand building, creator partnerships, and content strategy
- Product drops a monthly stipend for groceries/filming
If you know TikTok and you know food, this is a fun one.
