What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier/Customer Service position at Smash'd?
Overview
SMASH'D is looking for a friendly, motivated, dependable cashier! We are a fast-paced Smash Burger shop located in South Philly. Our hours of operation are 10:30AM - 9 or 10PM.
Duties
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions, handle cash, credit cards, and online deliverys.
- Maintain great customer service by greeting customers, helping answer product questions etc.
- Maintain inventory standards by stocking shelves, organizing, and ensuring products are well-presented and accessible.
- Cleanliness standards must be maintained throughout the shift. This includes keeping front of the house swept, wiping down surfaces, and mopping.
- Making/working with Ice Cream products such as Ice Cream cones and hand spun milkshakes.
- Must have open availability including NIGHTS & WEEKENDS!
Experience
- No previous experience necessary to apply.
- Previous customer service experience in a retail or restaurant is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
