- Cyber Security - GRC - Compliance & Regulatory (Collective Instruments); Digital : Cloud Security; Project management
- The role involves ensuring that all projects within the program contribute to the organization s long-term objectives,
- Establishing clear goals and milestones, adapting quickly, conducting risk assessments, providing regular updates
- to stakeholders, establishing KPIs, and articulating the value of in-house tools and processes. Additionally, the
- candidate will be responsible for creating strategic documents, developing walking decks, consulting on process
- improvements, and engaging in program management discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Alignment and Goal Setting:
- Ensure all projects in the program contribute to the organization s long-term objectives.
- Establish clear goals and milestones for the programs.
- Adaptability and Risk Management:
- Adapt quickly and work closely with other organizational leads for a cohesive approach.
- Conduct risk assessments and create plans to mitigate risks and address issues.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on program progress.
- Work closely with organizational and team leads, as well as project managers, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Performance Monitoring:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success.
- Continuously monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on track.
Value Articulation:
- Clearly articulate the unique value of in-house tools and processes.
- Effectively promote and sell these tools and processes.
- Strategy Document Creation:
- Develop comprehensive documents that align team strategies with higher management goals.
- Ensure strategies are clearly communicated and actionable.
Walking Deck Development:
- Create a walking deck outlining the security team's mission, goals, and accomplishments.
- Present the walking deck to various stakeholders to highlight achievements.
- Process Improvement:
- Propose an ideal process for monthly data collection and distribution, and other areas.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance efficiency.
Program Management:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various programs and projects.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Inhouse tools and Processes
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
