Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Project Type: Contract - CTH
Role Summary:
- Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical development.
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience developing and maintaining HCM Extracts.
- Proficient in HCM Data Loader (HDL) for data conversion and migration.
- Experience with Oracle HCM integrations, inbound/outbound interfaces, and reports.
- Knowledge of BI Publisher, Fast Formula, and REST/SOAP APIs is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
