Retail Associates SmartTalent Lynnwood is seeking to hire several Retail Associates to fill multiple positions for a growing grocery store that is opening soon in Lynnwood, WA.The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with customers and lifting to 25lbs LOCATION:Lynnwood, WA PAY: $18 - $20 Depending on position SCHEDULE: Must have flexible availability to work weekdays and weekends First shift: 9am – 6pm Mid Shift: 11am – 8pm Second Shift: 1pm - 10pm BENEFITS OFFERED: Paid Weekly, Direct Deposit, Affordable Health Care, Full-Time, Career Advancement Opportunities Cart Attendant: Responsibilities: Collect shopping carts from parking lots and return them to designated areas inside or outside the store. Assist customers with loading groceries into their vehicles and provide help as needed with carts. Keep the parking lot clean, safe, and free of debris, reporting any hazards or maintenance issues to management. Regularly sanitize carts and baskets to maintain a clean and safe shopping environment. Assist with bagging groceries, handling carry-outs, or other tasks as directed by store management. Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive customer experience. Other tasks as assigned Required Knowledge, Skills, and abilities: ·Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. ·Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. ·Physical ability to push, pull, and lift carts and other items as needed up to 50lbs ·Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized environment. ·Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Service Associate: Responsibilities ·Monitor and direct customer traffic flow throughout the store to reduce congestion and maintain safety. ·Greet customers and provide assistance with directions, questions, or store policies. ·Support front-end and customer service teams by managing lines and ensuring efficient movement through registers and entry points. ·Communicate with management and team members regarding crowd levels or potential safety concerns. ·Assist with sanitizing carts, baskets, and high-touch areas as needed.·Provide excellent customer service and uphold a friendly, professional demeanor at all times. Required Qualifications: ·Strong communication and customer service skills. ·Ability to remain calm and friendly in fast-paced or crowded environments. ·Reliable, punctual, and able to stand or walk for extended periods. Dishwasher: Responsibilities: ·Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment according to food safety standards. ·Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area. ·Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment regularly. ·Empty trash and recycling, ensuring proper disposal. ·Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed. ·Provide clean utensils and cookware promptly to kitchen staff. ·Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. ·Report any maintenance or repair needs for dishwashing equipment. Required Knowledge, Skills, and abilities: ·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. ·Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. ·Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. ·Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. ·Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus but not required.
