Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Part-Time On-site Property Manager to join our Off-site team to oversee daily operations at of our north Raleigh property. This role is perfect for the motivated individual who can be innovative in supporting continuous community improvement. Your property management knowhow will be augmented by a team offsite offering marketing and business office support. As an essential team member, you will help guide smooth property operations, foster positive tenant relationships (including ACH rents due) ... and monitor "good neighbor" policies (no smoking, etc.) ... all with your top, get it done administrative skills.
You'll want to have technology interests as well as write worthy blog and email content. This position could grow to a full time position with your expanding skills.
