Key Responsibilities

-Comprehensive Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of cabins after each guest stay, ensuring every area meets our quality standards.

- Adherence to Company Policies and Protocols: Follow detailed cleaning protocols, including sanitizing high-touch surfaces, restocking supplies, and refreshing linens.

Quality Assurance: We maintain a meticulous eye for detail to guarantee that every property reflects our commitment to excellence.

- Special Requests: Address specific instructions from property management to enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements

- Experience: Proven experience in STR cleaning; candidates with a cabin or similar property cleaning background are mandatory.

- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to cleaning, ensuring that every task is completed to the highest standard.

- Reliable Transportation: Must have dependable transportation to travel between properties.

- Smartphone Proficiency: A smartphone is required for communication, scheduling, and completing digital checklists.

- Language Skills: Fluency in English is necessary for effective communication with management and team members.

- Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check.
