This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Supervisor located in the New York City Area. The Field Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage and support field crews, ensure quality control, coordinate with clients, and maintain project schedules. Responsibilities include monitoring safety protocols, implementing projects from start to finish, and providing technical advice and training to team members.

Qualifications
- Experience in project management, team supervision, and client coordination
- Knowledge of insulation systems, materials, and spray foam technology is a plus.
- Ability to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in construction
- Submit daily reports with progress updates, photos, and issues
- Coordinate with project managers, office staff, and GCs
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel daily between sites
