1. Data Integrity & Lifecycle Management
- Execute high-precision data entry and verification for complex fiscal transaction logs.
- Maintain 100% accuracy in our centralized database to ensure compliance with US state and federal guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits of digital records to identify and rectify discrepancies in real-time.
2. Fiscal Analysis & Pattern Recognition
- Perform preliminary analysis on client transaction patterns to determine eligibility for specific tax credit programs.
- Utilize our internal analytical tools to generate performance reports for the leadership team.
- Monitor "Social Proof" metrics to ensure our digital marketing strategies align with actual fiscal outcomes.
3. Digital Operations & Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing department to optimize our "Social Proof" workflows.
- Support the rollout of localized US marketing campaigns by providing validated operational data.
- Act as a bridge between technical development teams and client-facing success managers.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Language: Native or near-native English proficiency. You must be able to communicate complex ideas clearly and professionally.
- Technical Savvy: Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Project Management software).
