Start with our 2-week fast-track training (combination of in-office and in-field)
Progress through our 3-stage training program to:
Schedule appointments for homeowners wanting roofing and solar
Present savvy roofing and solar solutions in-home
Meet with clients, estimate projects, and close deals

Compensation & Rewards:

Expectations: our average team member makes $75K - $150K in Year 1 and doubles that number in Year 2
Earn $3K - $6K monthly during the training phase
Earn $8K - $25K monthly as a sales pro
