Responsibilities
- Originate and close residential mortgage loans from application through funding
- Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, Realtors, and referral partners
- Evaluate clients' financial needs and recommend mortgage solutions
- Coordinate with processing and underwriting to ensure a smooth closing experience
- Manage your pipeline while providing exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing
- 6 years of experience originating and closing residential mortgage loans with a proven track record of success
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and the residential lending process
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using loan origination systems (Arive experience is a plus)
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for growing your business
