Role Description

This is a full-time Software Engineer role based in Birmingham, AL (hybrid — regular in-office time expected). You'll work across our core product suite, building the features and data infrastructure that turn complex partner and customer data into clear, actionable insight. We move fast, ship often, and expect engineers to use modern AI tooling to build at a pace that would be impossible otherwise.

Must-have Qualifications

• Solid software engineering fundamentals — you can design, build, test, and ship real production features end to end
• Hands-on daily experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) as a core part of your workflow, not an occasional assist
• Comfortable reviewing, debugging, and taking ownership of AI-generated code — you treat the AI as a force multiplier, not a black box
• Working knowledge of databases (schema design, queries, performance basics)

Nice-to-have

• Experience with React and modern frontend development
• Experience with .NET / C# and backend service development
• Experience with Next.js
• Experience with API integrations and data pipelines
• Background in B2B SaaS
• Familiarity with the technology reseller/channel partner ecosystem (Cisco, or similar vendor partner programs)
