Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Network Administrator, based in Paducah, KY, with some remote work flexibility. The Network Administrator will maintain and configure computer networks and systems, ensure security measures are in place, troubleshoot network issues, and work collaboratively to provide technical support. Additional responsibilities include performing system administration tasks and implementing preventative measures to ensure smooth network operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and System Administration
- Experience with providing Technical Support to resolve user issues efficiently
- Understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security measures
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and efficiency
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network , or other related credentials are a plus
