We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to elevate our voice and presence across the real estate industry.
The Opportunity
This is not a passive social media role.
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social—someone who can post multiple times a day, engage with our members in real time, and stay deeply connected to conversations happening across the MLS and real estate landscape.
You’ll own our social presence end-to-end and play a key role in how SmartMLS shows up publicly.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow SmartMLS’s presence across all major social platforms
- Create and publish multiple daily posts that inform, engage, and add value
- Monitor MLS, real estate, and proptech conversations—and jump into them
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions quickly and professionally
- Curate and share relevant industry content
- Translate MLS updates, rules, and insights into engaging social content
- Track performance and continuously improve engagement and reach
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote key initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing social media for a brand or organization
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Ability to operate in real time and manage a high volume of content
- Interest in real estate, MLS, or technology (experience is a plus)
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
