Location Team Support Specialist– Full Time

Smart Market Solutions is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Location Team Support Specialist member to assist our Locations Team through data management, research, quality assurance, and administrative support.

Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. | No nights, weekends, or holidays
- In-office position
- Compensation begins at $22 per hour
- 90-day performance and pay review
- PTO, holiday pay, and health insurance
What You'll Do
- Support the Location Director with research, reporting, and quality assurance
- Pull and organize data from CRM systems and internal databases
- Build and maintain prospect lists for location outreach campaigns and mail marketing
- Listen to recorded calls and conduct quality assurance reviews
- Document call findings and maintain accurate records
- Track call quality and provide feedback to leadership
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure records are complete and up-to-date
- Assist with administrative projects and other team support tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written communication and note-taking abilities
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM systems, and computer software
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong computer and technical skills
- Prior experience in administrative support, customer service, quality assurance, data entry, or office support preferred
- Must be 18 years or older
Preferred Qualifications
- CRM experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience reviewing calls for quality assurance
- Experience conducting online research and building prospecting lists
