SmartMark Communications is a fast-paced strategic communications company that works across the energy and technology industries and based in the Philadelphia area. We are looking for an experienced and polished individual with executive assistant, bookkeeping, HR and administrative experience to support the company. It’s currently a remote position, but all employees, regardless of location, are expected to work 9am-5pm ET. Responsibilities will include:Working closely with CEO on operational day-to-day activities, including payroll support and managing accounts payable/receivableSupport in vendor managementManaging client budgetsHR processes, including hiring, managing, and administration of benefitsDaily administrative tasks that support the function of the business, including managing office space, travel, event logistics, etc.This is a salaried position commensurate with experience.
