Senior Product Manager for Creative Suite

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our 200 product development organization and lead the adoption of new workflows integrating AI along the way and new use cases in our Smartly Creative suite. Smartly is growing fast and we need your experience and drive to help us continue at this velocity.  As part of this role, you will be working as a member of the Product Development Leadership team for the company. You will have an opportunity to set a vision and strategy for creative suite tools with embedded AI, drive execution, and coach & champion creative tooling competencies at Smartly.

Here's What You'll Do...

• Set and drive the vision and strategy for many of our creative tools embedding AI in the process and workflow
• Define product roadmap for your responsibility areas
• Challenge and support colleagues to deliver innovative and high-quality applications based on machine learning
• Use your skills in data science and machine learning to understand how creatives work in online marketing and build new tools to optimize and automate our customers' work when it comes to asset, creative generation, refinement, semantic understanding and more!.
• Validate new ideas and concepts by working closely with customers
• Partner with recruiting to help scale the team by actively sourcing and closing the best talent

Here's What We're Looking For...

• 5 years of experience in Product management Experience in B2B or B2C SaaS
• 5 years of experience in building services and products
• 3 years of experience in applying machine learning to real-life problems
• Experience working in a technologically complex domain
• Curiosity and the drive to continuously learn through study and experimentation on the job.  
• Ability to set a long-term vision for the team and drive execution towards that vision
• Track record of successfully launching software products and driving user and revenue growth
• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in math, engineering, or business preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability and willingness to travel to meet customers and partners globally
• Ability and willingness to work from our New York office for three days a week

The base pay range for this position is as mentioned below per year, plus an annual bonus. We take into consideration an individual’s background, expertise, and experience in determining final salary. In addition to annual salary, Smartly’s total rewards provide employees with stock options, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement savings benefits, parental leave, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, life insurance, and disability benefits.
