Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst III who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This is a techno-functional role requiring strong business analysis expertise combined with hands-on experience supporting APIs, system integrations, and data mapping initiatives.
The ideal candidate is proactive, takes ownership of deliverables, and can confidently facilitate discussions across product, business, development, and QA teams to drive projects from requirements through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and JAD meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Drive end-to-end business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support system-to-system integrations, including data mapping and interface analysis.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams.
- Provide clarification to development and testing teams during implementation.
- Assist with functional testing, validation, and issue resolution.
- Help remove project roadblocks by facilitating communication across teams.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst in enterprise application environments.
- Experience working on system-to-system integrations.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, and integration workflows.
- Ability to read and understand JSON and XML payloads, schemas, and data structures.
- Experience with data mapping and integration analysis.
- Proven ability to create user stories, functional documentation, process flows, and requirements documentation.
- Experience collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Postman for API testing.
- Exposure to SOAP services and web service testing.
- Experience executing or supporting functional test cases.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
