Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Kronos Functional Consultant with a minimum of 10 plus years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting UKG/Kronos Workforce Management solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and leave management, as well as strong client-facing and solutioning skills. This role involves leading engagements, driving requirements gathering, providing strategic input, and ensuring the successful delivery of Kronos implementations and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end functional implementation of Kronos WFC/WFD modules (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Leave, Attestation, etc.)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze complex business requirements and translate them into Kronos system configurations.
- Provide functional leadership across implementation lifecycles including design, configuration, testing (SIT, UAT), training, and go-live support.
- Perform system health checks, gap analysis, and provide recommendations for optimization and performance improvements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on Kronos best practices, compliance, and time and attendance policies.
- Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, custom reports, interfaces (API/Flat-file), and data migration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Kronos application issues and serve as L3 support for escalations.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide oversight on project deliverables and timelines.
- Stay up to date on the latest UKG/Kronos product enhancements, patches, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant with Kronos WFC (Workforce Central) and/or WFD (Workforce Dimensions/UKG Dimensions).
- In-depth knowledge of Kronos modules including Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Accruals, Leave, Activities, and Attestation.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional design, documentation, configuration, and testing.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations.
- Experience with workforce compliance regulations (FMLA, FLSA, state labor laws, etc.).
- Knowledge of Kronos Integration tools (Dell Boomi, WIM, API) is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
