Client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-level IT projects.
This role is responsible for managing one or multiple projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project execution capabilities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects across multiple initiatives
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Develop and execute project plans, communication strategies, and reporting standards
- Manage project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Provide regular status reports and updates to leadership and PMO
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with PMO standards
- Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations effectively
- Mentor junior project managers and team members
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Required Qualifications
- 6 years of Project Management experience
- 4 years managing IT / technology projects
- Active PMP Certification (Required)
- Strong experience with project lifecycle management and delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading cloud-based projects
- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, PMI)
- Experience with tools like Microsoft Project / Planner
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
- Understanding of emerging technologies and digital transformation
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR equivalent experience
