Job Overview

SmartHome Roofing & Improvement is seeking an experienced, driven, and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This leadership position is responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating sales representatives while helping drive revenue growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Lead daily sales meetings, coaching sessions, and field training.
• Set sales goals and hold team members accountable for performance.
• Monitor sales metrics and implement strategies to improve results.
• Assist sales representatives with inspections, estimates, and closing opportunities.
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience from the first appointment through project completion.
• Collaborate with operations and production to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting and CRM records.
• Foster a culture built on integrity, professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership experience (roofing, construction, or home improvement preferred).
• Strong ability to recruit, coach, and develop successful sales professionals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
