What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Dental Assistant position at SmartHealth?
Our Lead Dental Assistant will support the dentist during procedures, assist in managing the dental assistant team, ensure clinical compliance, and maintain a smooth workflow throughout the clinic.
Schedule: Monday through Thursday (7am to 5pm)
What You'll Do:
- Lead, support, and train our team of dental assistants
- Ensure smooth clinical operations and patient flow
- Assist dentists during a variety of procedures (including Implants, Crowns, OS, Fillings, RCT)
- Sterilize instruments exam rooms
- Manage inventory and supply ordering
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a dental assistant (including Implants, Crowns, CS, Filings, RCT) required
- Dental Assistant and X-Ray certification required
- Previous lead experience is highly preferred
