As we expand our reach, we’re looking for a Nonprofit Fractional CFO who is passionate about empowering mission-driven organizations through strategic financial leadership.
- 8 years of nonprofit accounting or finance leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Strong knowledge of nonprofit financial management, grant compliance, and donor reporting
- Minneapolis-based (Hybrid role with client visits as needed)
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative
- CPA or MBA preferred
- Serve as a strategic financial partner for nonprofit clients
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Support clients in strengthening internal controls and improving financial transparency
- Provide insights and guidance that help nonprofits achieve long-term sustainability and impact
- Contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused team that values excellence and continuous learning
