Job Title: IT Engineer

Duration: 6 months contract - can extend

Job Description:

The IT Engineer Specialist will be responsible for researching, evaluating, designing, implementing, and maintaining system and product solutions using established engineering principles. This role provides technical direction and engineering support for various projects and infrastructure initiatives. The specialist will also be expected to develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of evolving IT engineering technologies, industry trends, and competitive advancements.

Key Responsibilities & Expertise:

Extensive experience with Citrix virtual applications and desktops, including Citrix Studio, Citrix Policies, Citrix DaaS, App Layering, Machine Creation Services, FSLogix Profile Container, and Application Masking.

Strong understanding of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (formerly XenApp/XenDesktop), NetScaler, StoreFront, and Citrix Cloud.

Significant hands-on experience with NetScaler, including networking concepts and NetScaler policy configurations.

Ability to provide expert-level technical support and engineering guidance across Citrix environments and related technologies.

Certifications (Preferred):

Citrix Certified Associate (CCA)

CCA – Virtualization (CCA-V)

CCA – App Delivery and Security (CCA-AppDS)

Citrix Certified Professional (CCP)

CCP – Virtualization (CCP-V)

CCP – App Delivery and Security (CCP-AppDS)

Citrix Certified Expert (CCE)

CCE – Virtualization (CCE-V)
