What You'll Do
- Outbound Calling: Make 200 outbound calls daily to introduce products and services
- Customer Engagement: Utilize relationship-building techniques to engage potential customers effectively
- Product Knowledge: Continuously expand your understanding of our offerings to expertly address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions
- Quote Generation & Transfer: Highlight the value of working with licensed agents to drive quote requests and seamlessly transfer qualified leads
- Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call quotas while ensuring high-quality, positive interactions with customers
- High-Volume Calling: Experience in outbound/inbound sales, telemarketing, or call centers
- Metrics-Driven: Proven success in exceeding performance targets
- Team Player: Work independently while collaborating with sales teams
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport, handle objections, and persuade prospects to proceed with a quote
- Resilience & Adaptability: Maintain a positive and goal-driven attitude while handling objections and rejections
- Uncapped Commission: $16-$17/hour plus generous commission. Top performers earn $60K with bonuses
