About the Role
We are seeking a Temporary Part-Time HR Generalist to support our team in delivering high-quality recruiting and HR services to our clients. This role will play a key part in both candidate sourcing and client-facing HR assistance.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for a variety of client roles
- Manage job postings and proactively identify qualified candidates through job boards and sourcing tools
- Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening interviews, and coordination of next steps
- Support client HR needs, including general HR guidance and administrative support
- Assist with onboarding processes and candidate documentation
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and client activity in internal systems
- Partner with internal team members to ensure timely and effective delivery of staffing services
- Provide general HR administrative support as needed
Requirements
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or staffing
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience working in a staffing or recruiting agency environment
- Knowledge of general HR practices and employment processes
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM platforms
- Experience supporting multiple clients or business units
- Computer-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and software
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Bilingual
- Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms such as Gusto, Paylocity, Alliance, Zoho People, and Zoho Recruit
