Job Title: Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager (AI & Data Initiatives)
Job Type: Contract (this role is a 6-month assignment)
Job Salary: $62-$64/hour
Job Schedule: M-F, 40 hrs/week
Job Location: Houston, TX 77002
Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to support enterprise initiatives with a focus on AI and data‑driven solutions. This role is responsible for translating business needs into effective technical outcomes while managing project delivery from initiation through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise projects through planning, execution, and delivery
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to elicit and document requirements
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI and data‑driven capabilities into business processes
- Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, BRDs, functional specifications, and status reports
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to project management best practices
- Manage risks, issues, changes, and stakeholder expectations
- Provide clear, concise communication to technical teams and executive leadership
Requirements
- 7 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid BA/PM
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI or data‑driven initiatives
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Experience using project and delivery tools such as Jira or MS Project
- Proven ability to work across business, technical, and executive stakeholders
- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills
Salary : $62 - $64
