The Administrative Coordinator will serve as a central liaison between production, quality, shipping/receiving, and customer service teams. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting quality documentation, generating labels, assisting with shipping documentation, and ensuring smooth operational flow in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently.
What You’ll Do:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to operations, including documentation, filing, and record maintenance.

Coordinate communication between production, quality, shipping/receiving, and customer service.

Maintain organized systems for quality records, shipping documentation, and operational reports.

Track FAI (First Article Inspection) status and coordinate with the Quality team.

Process customer quality documentation requests.

Support shipping/receiving during peak periods or absences.

Assist in preparing outbound shipments and processing bills of lading.

Generate shipping labels using BarTender software and ensure label accuracy and compliance.

Update and maintain label templates as needed.

Prepare reports and presentations as requested.

Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
Education/Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required.

2 years of administrative experience in manufacturing or distribution.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience with BarTender or similar label-design/printing software.
