FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Our client is a growing industrial contractor specializing in millwright and rigging services, machinery installation, machinery relocation, maintenance support, shutdown/turnaround work, and fabrication. We provide turnkey solutions ranging from single machine moves to full facility relocations. We are seeking a highly driven Sales / Business Development professional to aggressively grow our industrial client base and generate new project opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and develop new business in manufacturing, industrial, and production facilities
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and outreach to decision-makers
• Identify opportunities for machinery installation, relocation, shutdown work, and maintenance services
• Convert cold prospects into qualified opportunities and closed projects
• Manage and grow a consistent pipeline of industrial service work
• Follow up aggressively on all leads, bids, and opportunities until closed
• Maintain relationships with repeat and contract maintenance clients

• Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development
• Strong “hunter” mentality—self-starter who drives their own results
• Comfortable making cold calls and engaging decision-makers
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to understand and sell technical, service-based solutions

Preferred Experience
• Industrial services, construction, millwright, or rigging background
• Experience selling to manufacturing plants or industrial facilities
• Knowledge of shutdowns, turnarounds, or capital project environments
• Existing relationships within industrial or manufacturing sectors
