About the Role
We are seeking a professional, motivated, and results-driven Sales Representative to represent our brand and help expand our presence throughout South Florida.
This is a client-facing, field sales opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, presenting premium products, and building relationships with residential and commercial clients.
As a Sales Representative, you will represent Smart Tint Solutions during client consultations, explain our products, take measurements, and help turn inquiries into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective residential and commercial clients at their properties.
- Conduct on-site consultations and take accurate measurements of windows, doors, and glass surfaces.
- Present our Smart Film and Smart Glass products, explaining their features, functionality, and benefits.
- Represent Smart Tint Solutions professionally during client meetings and property visits.
- Identify each client’s privacy needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospective customers, discuss proposals, and close sales.
- Build relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, contractors, and business owners.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, measurements, and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with our internal team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to installation.
- Competitive commission-based earning opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous sales experience, preferably in luxury products, home improvement, construction, windows, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and polished presentation appropriate for a premium, client-facing brand.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for appointments throughout South Florida.
- Ability to conduct on-site consultations and take accurate measurements.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage appointments efficiently.
- Comfortable working with high-end residential and commercial clients.
- English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus.
