Requirements:7 or more years of experience in implementing HCM systems, preferably ADP platforms.Proficiency in ADP Lyric configuration across HR Core, Payroll, and Time & Attendance modules.Experience in data migration, enterprise integrations, and data integrity.Experience with redesigning HR processes to align with modern HCM best practices.Experience in managing testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and system issue resolution.Experience with decommissioning legacy HR systems, such as Kronos.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
