About the Role
We're expanding our commercial division and appointing territory consultants to sell a standardized package model: Alarm Cameras Access Control Monitoring (Portfolio Protection Standard – PPS). You'll work with property managers, multi-site operators, retail/office/light industrial clients, and businesses needing controlled staff access and audit trails.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Territory Security Sales Consultant, based in Philadelphia, PA. The consultant will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting sales presentations, assessing potential clients' security needs, and recommending tailored security solutions such as alarm systems and cybersecurity services. The role includes building and managing relationships with clients and working closely with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
- Experience in Security Sales and proficiency in promoting alarm systems
- Strong skills in Sales Presentations and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity practices and solutions
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and developing new customer relationships
- Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site in Philadelphia, PA, and manage territory-specific sales pipelines
- Experience in the smart technology or security industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales, marketing, or related fields
