Chromebook and Laptop Repair Technician - EXPERIENCED

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Chromebook and laptop repair technicians. This is a non customer facing, high paced, heavy workload position. If you hate to actually work, this is not the job for you. However, those that can thrive in that environment will find it rewarding with opportunity and flexibility. Soldering experience a plus.

Job Overview: Diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing devices while being organized and working as part of a team.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications:

• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Work well in team environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Diagnose and repairing all makes and models of chromebooks and iPads
• Previous experience working at retail electronics store

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices
• Provide recommendations for problem resolution
• Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock
• Utilize internal systems to maintain an accurate record of inventory and a real-time status of each repair
• Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the location
