What You''ll Do:
Partner with business stakeholders and product teams to design and evolve an enterprise architecture that advances our mission
Proactively identify and mitigate risks across the IT portfolio
Develop and manage a forward-looking IT roadmap aligned with organizational goals
Define and maintain reference architectures, technical standards, and development best practices
Drive consistent technology adoption across the organization
Build and maintain a comprehensive library of architecture documentation and artifacts
Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate relevant innovations into our environment
Mentor and guide engineering teams on the adoption of new and evolving technologies
What We''re Looking For:
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master''s degree in IT Management, Business Information Technology, or similar preferred
8 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, systems architecture, and/or technology solution design
5 years of direct experience architecting Microsoft Azure solutions
A track record of progressive responsibility in project planning, systems analysis, application development, and software testing
Technical Skills:
5 years designing, governing, and deploying enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure environments
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Power Platform, and Microsoft''s security and data platforms
Demonstrated experience building Azure governance frameworks, landing zones, identity architectures, and cloud security controls in a Microsoft-centric enterprise environment
