Smart Style Family Hair Salons are owned and operated locally. We are looking for licensed or permitted cosmetologists and barbers. We want to get to know you by your name; and not just a number, as when the salons were owned by the big corporation.
We are looking for friends to join our journey as we strive to care for our customers hair needs. This is a great chance to demonstrate your hair styling abilities and join a team you have dreamed about or work for a salon manager that becomes your friend.

Our Compensation and Benefits are as follows:
* Your choice - hourly wage or commission listed below.
* Service Commission Tiers are 40, 45, & 50% based on a two-week production.
* Retail Commission is 8% based over the same two-week period.
* You keep 100% of your tips.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
- Perform hair styling, cutting, and coloring services while adhering to sanitation standards.
- Utilize advanced techniques such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions and makeup.
- Manage salon software for scheduling and client records.
- Assist with retail sales and upselling products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee Cosmetology or Barbering License or Permit
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in hair styling, barbering, and sanitation practices
- Familiarity with salon software, particularly Zenoti
- Ability to manage retail sales effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
