Seeking an energetic, sales-driven, and highly organized Storage Manager for our Lakewood location.

What You'll Do (Primary Responsibilities):
This role is the face and leader of our facility, responsible for ensuring all aspects of the operation run smoothly.
Your core mission is Sales and Service Excellence. You will proactively drive sales by renting storage units, effectively answering telephone and in-person inquiries, and preparing/executing new rental agreements. You will maintain an in-depth working knowledge of all storage products and services to best serve our customers. A key component of this role is financial management, requiring you to accurately process all transactions, including making daily bank deposits and managing cash flow. Furthermore, you will take a proactive approach to rent collection, including making professional collection calls and following up on past-due accounts.
In addition to sales, you will be responsible for Operations and Property Management. This means ensuring the entire facility, both inside and out, is consistently clean, well-maintained, and fully operational. You will oversee the day-to-day management of the facility, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
What You'll Bring (Requirements):
- Proven Sales & Service Acumen: Exceptional ability to drive sales, provide a friendly customer experience, and quickly resolve issues.
- Organizational Mastery: Outstanding organizational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and management.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency with standard office software and the ability to quickly learn new property management software (experience with storage software is a plus!).
- Physical Requirement: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to assist with light property maintenance tasks and manage retail inventory.
- Availability: Must be able to work a full-time schedule, including weekends.
- Mandatory: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current driver's insurance.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
