Role Description
Smart Roofing and Restoration is seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative to join our team on-site in San Diego, CA. The representative will actively generate leads, connect with potential clients, provide consultations, and present tailored solutions. Responsibilities will include building long-term customer relationships, preparing estimates, closing sales, and meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. Developing a well-rounded knowledge of the company’s products and services, as well as tracking and managing customer interactions, are also essential duties for this role.
Qualifications
- Customer relationship management and client communication skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques, including lead generation and closing
- Negotiation, problem-solving, and consultation abilities
- Familiarity with roofing, construction, or restoration industry is a plus
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales-related tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Must have hustle
- Must be able to obtain a HIS license
