SMART Reproduction is a small business in Jonesboro, AR. We are woman owned biotech reproduction company and specializing in export of American livestock genetics internationally.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening test. Must have reliable transportation.
We will review applications and fill the position immediately. Applicants must be available to start right away. The position is flexible and can be temp-to-hire, part-time, or full-time for the suitable candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Coordinate meetings and conferences. Attend trade shows (opportunities in USA and internatinally)
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Manage customer relations using CRM
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, and or project manager preferred
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Products and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and provide support to clients or customers
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Our company works with and will have the opportunity to be around farm livestock. Animal experience/knowledge preferred
