Role Description This is a full-time, Residential Property Manager & Real Estate Broker role for multi-family properties in the Denver Metro Area. MUST be a licensed real estate agent. The Residential Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio, including marketing vacancies, showing properties, screening applicants, and coordinating move-ins and move-outs. Daily responsibilities include administering leases, enforcing lease terms, collecting rent, managing delinquencies, and maintaining accurate resident and property records. The role will coordinate maintenance requests, conduct property inspections, work with vendors, and ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with applicable laws and regulations. The Residential Property Manager will provide responsive customer service to residents and property owners, communicate regularly about property performance, and support internal reporting, budgeting, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with residents, owners, vendors, and partners.
- Experience in Property Management with working knowledge of residential operations, fair housing practices, and local housing regulations.
- Proficiency in Leases and Lease Administration, including drafting, reviewing, enforcing lease terms, and managing renewals and terminations.
- Ability to use property management software (AppFolio), basic accounting tools, and digital communication platforms to manage records, reports, and maintenance requests.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with sound judgment for handling conflicts, resident concerns, maintenance issues, and urgent situations.
- Prior experience in residential property management, real estate, or a related field required; relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
- Availability to work at mulitiple locations in the Denver Metro Area, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed for showings, emergencies, or resident needs.
