Job Summary:
The Repair Technician I will perform repairs to client swimming pools and facilities as directed by the
Company.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Performs general plumbing, electrical, and heating repairs to clients swimming pools.
- Inspects equipment and systems to identify problems or issues.
- Consults manuals or other resources as needed.
- Conducts preventive maintenance to ensure that plumbing, electrical, and heating continue
operating properly.
- Maintains inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Thorough knowledge of general plumbing, electrical and swimming pool repair.
- Ability to read repair manuals.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in related field preferred.
- RAIL license or equivalent state license preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, and crawl into awkward spaces.
- Must be able to carry 50 pounds at a time
