SMART Pediatric Therapy is a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic informed by Ayres Sensory Integration® principles and grounded in a regulation-first clinical approach. Our model focuses on the underlying sensory and neurological factors that impact behavior, attention, coordination, and functional participation.

Compensation and Workstyle
Salary range: $79,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience and clinical skill level
Guaranteed hourly pay (including cancellations)
120 hours PTO 6 paid holidays
Weekly bonus opportunities

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active Arizona OT license (or eligible)
Pay: $79,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
