We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative who thrives on live, in-person prospecting and cold calling. The ideal candidate will spend each day actively engaging 50–70 new business prospects face-to-face, generating opportunities, and closing deals. This role is fast-paced and designed for individuals who are genuinely passionate about outside sales and ready to start immediately — not for those simply looking to “apply and see.” This is a Salary Commission role
Responsibilities
- Prospect daily through 50–70 in-person cold calls to generate new commercial business.
- Identify leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close new business consistently.
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and presentations.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Meet and exceed established sales goals and quotas within assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred, not required).
- 2 years’ proven success in outside sales with heavy cold calling expectations.
- Strong ability to develop and execute territory sales strategies.
- Confident in face-to-face interactions, with persuasive presentation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven to exceed goals independently.
