What You’ll Be Working On
- Service, maintenance, and repair of office equipment, including:
- Sharp (preferred)
- Kyocera
- Canon
- Ricoh
- Konica Minolta
- Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and software issues
- Installing and configuring new equipment
- Managing service calls efficiently and professionally
- Maintaining accurate service documentation and system updates
- Prior field service technician experience required
- Hands-on experience with at least one major copier/MFP brand
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Professional, customer-first mindset
- Ability to manage time, routes, and service calls independently
- Comfortable using service software, remote diagnostics, and mobile tools
- Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record
- Sharp certification or prior Sharp dealer experience
- Network printing and basic IT troubleshooting experience
- Experience with Printanista, remote tech tools, or similar platforms
